KDA Outcomes

We started KDA because the agency model is broken in two ways.

First, the work gets siloed. Ads here, video there, a content vendor across the street, and a retention "specialist" who shows up once a quarter. Nobody owns the outcome — they only own their slice.

Second, the operators don't run the work. You buy a pitch from a partner and get handed to a junior. By the time you notice the drift, you're three months in and the metric you cared about hasn't moved.

KDA is three operators — Kohl, David, and Adam — who run the same five disciplines under one roof, with no middle layer. You talk to the people doing the work. We measure ourselves the way a player does: by what we put on the scoreboard.

Outcomes, not outputs. We don't ship decks. We ship results that show up in your dashboards.
